DAY 01 - MASAI MARA
Meet on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and drive over
the Mau Escarpment of the Great Rift Valley onto the North West boundary
of Kenya's famous Masai Mara Game Reserve with lunch enroute. A short
game drive late this afternoon enroute to the campsite

DAY 02- MASAI MARA
This will be a full day of tracking game with your guide, after an
early breakfast. The mara's landscape is scenic savannah grassland
on rolling hills, which enables the reserve to attract sufficient
rainfall to maintain and support a large population of herbivores,
together with the predators that follow, Elephant, Lion, Buffalo can
be seen with relative ease through luck is a necessary factor for
spotting Rhino and Leopard that complete the big five as the two animals
are very timid and sparsely numbered. Plains game like wildebeest,
zebra and Masai giraffe abound as well as hippos and a wide variety
of antelopes including Impala, dik dik, hartebeest, grants gazelle
and Thompson's gazelle among others. Dinner and overnight at THE MARA
CAMPSITE
DAY 03 - MASAI MARA
A full day of morning and afternoon game viewing drives. Being on
the
reserve boundary offers ideal access not only o the inner sanctums,
where shyer species seek refuge but also the outer grazing areas,
where less aggressive species such as cheetah take advantage of ideal
conditions
created by the Masaai cattle and grass fires. {optional visit to the
Masai village(US$25) where you will be able to learn their tradition
and witness the tribesmen making fire - at an extra cost}.

DAY 04 - NAIROBI - ARUSHA
Breakfast and return to Nairobi, arriving at approximately 1200 hrs
and
take a shuttle to Arusha. Met on arrival and transfer to Palsons Hotel
Overnight at PALSONS HOTEL or SINKA COURT hotel.
DAY 05 - NGORONGORO
Breakfast and drive to Ngorongoro Crater, where two thousand-foot
walls
surround a crater floor covering just over a hundred square miles.
Lunch and afternoon game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight at NGORNGORO
CAMPSITE
DAY 06 - NGORONGORO
Early breakfast and descend by four wheel drive vehicle to the crater
floor for a day of wildlife viewing with picnic lunches. The black
mane lion rules over this unique domain, the Crater Lake is home to
thousands of flamingos that migrate from other Great Rift Valley lakes.
Elephant, buffalo and rhino are also found in greater concentrations
here than anywhere else in Africa. Later, proceed to Serengeti Park
for dinner and overnight at a CAMPSITE.
DAY 07 - SERENGETI
Spend the full day game viewing in the Serengeti National Park. Its
not unusual to find twenty to thirty lion in a single pride resting
in the shade of an acacia tree. The annual wildebeest migration is
the greatest wildlife show on earth, with several million wildebeest
and zebra trekking north to the Masai Mara while lion, cheetah and
the rare hunting dog follow close behind. Dinner and overnight at
SERENGETI CAMPSITE
DAY 08 - LAKE MANYARA
Breakfast and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Lunch and afternoon
game viewing drive at Lake Manyara National Park in search of tree
climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at LAKE MANYARA CAMPSITE
DAY 9 - NAIROBI - DEPART
Breakfast and drive to Arusha. Lunch and afternoon shuttle bus to
Nairobi, arriving in time to connect your departure flight.
